I’m so there and while I’m not in stilettos, I’ve been gaslit and demeaned in tech too because I dared express empathy or used language to collaborate on a consensus strategy rather than just skeet my authority all over the workplace. Fuck dominance culture, the men who cover their lack of skill in ’tude and the women they elevate to gatekeepers to guard their egos.
